I will try to get there, although there seem to be a few obstacles. a German retailer promised me a free ticket but failed due to incompetence. Luckily there is somebody else who wants to give out some tickets. The only thing I have to do fort that is to link him. Okay here we go.

Perhaps I am lucky and get one, otherwise I might be forced for the first time since 7 years to by a regular ticket. Even more interestingly I never had a similar ticker, always different kinds of tickets so far :-)

I was asked who that retailer was. I will not give a name to expose me to legal issues, but they have a yellow webpage where you cannot find anything, and the name is somehow the stuff you find inside clamshells when you are lucky o make a necklace out of it. They had 30.000 tickets for free, you just had to oder one. I did that last Friday morning, got 3 confirmations about that. Some colleagues ordered their tickets after me, because i told them about it. They all got their tickets last Tuesday. Well I didn’t. I wrote about 8 e-Mails asking for the issue, and for each and every I got the same autogenerated answer that the order is in processing and no details can be given. Yesterday then I recieved a notification that they now would like to ship it to me, but the tickets are all gone now.Then suddenly I got an answer which seems not to be autogenerated. There a service guy claims that:

sometimes orders are lost when importing them.

Importing? loosing orders? strange order system they have. And they even seem not to care at all.
