Fabian,

I happened to run across the awesome modifications you added to Lightbox 2.04 when I was looking for a lightbox script that would resize images. For some reason, that doesn't seem to be a very important consideration in the vast majority of the lightbox scripts that I've seen, but it's crucial from my point of view. I was looking for something that would not only reduce images too large to fit in the browser window, but also maximize the display of smaller images, so I wound up making a few slight alterations to your version and came up with this: <a href="http://netcentrx.net/litebox/?gallery=Stereograms" rel="nofollow">Maximize All Lightbox Images</a>. My goal was to be able to automate as much of the process of creating an online gallery as possible, so I added some backend functionality that creates the thumbnails and layout without any further intervention on my part.

The only thing that's missing (well, at least in my opinion) is some slideshow functionality. I found a script that was also based on lightbox 2 (<a href="http://www.justinbarkhuff.com/lab/lightbox_slideshow/" rel="nofollow">Lightbox Slideshow</a>) that I was hoping to be able to integrate with your version, but my Javascript skills are not evolved enough to be able to be able to mesh the two of them together. If it's not too much of an imposition, I was wondering if you could you point me in the direction of some slideshow code that would be easier to integrate with your existing script. I'm usually pretty good at modifying existing code when I want to make minor changes, but when I looked at the slideshow code and compared it with yours, I couldn't find any obvious commonality that would make it work. So I was hoping that you had already created or possibly knew of something that was similar enough that I could adapt to implement a slideshow. I'm sure that you're a busy man, so I don't want to take up much of your time, but anything that you could do to point me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
